The Brescia University 信息技术 Department offices are located in Rooms 213 and 229 of the Science Building. The Brescia IT department provides network services and support to all faculty and staff offices and limited support to all residential facilities. Members of the IT staff are readily available to answer any questions you may have and can be easily reached by visiting the 它帮助台.

A fiber optic backbone delivers high-speed network access to all campus facilities, 包括所有教室, 办公室和宿舍. Within the residence halls, each student is provided an individual network connection. The Ethernet network supports Windows-based and non-Windows based PCs and provides 学生 access to electronic mail and the Internet. Brescia University also offers wireless network access that allows 学生 to access resources with laptops from almost anywhere on campus.

Computer labs are conveniently located in several buildings across campus. The Library houses the Young Technology Center and also provides computers on the main floor as well as the 3rd floor. The Kentucky Room in the library houses a computer-based multimedia system, and on the 3rd floor of the library there is a student multimedia study room. Bartholomy-Taylor Hall (formerly the Administration Building) contains a computer lab (CRC) on the 3rd floor for open use when classes are not in there. The Art department also has a Mac lab used for teaching graphic design. The Science Building houses a public computer lab in 212S and a closed (classes-only) computer lab in 110S. Most classrooms have a multimedia station hooked to a SMART-board for different learning paradigms.

Bartholomy-Taylor Hall has a video classroom in 111A that is used for video conferencing, 和ITV研究. Bartholomy-Taylor Hall 242 and 243 are video and audio recording and editing rooms. BT 243 is an open space available for use during audio and video recording. BT 242 contains the video and audio equipment, a PC, and software for editing video and audio files.
